Stimson Contracting is a locally owned and operated family Spokane shop builder. We specialize in the construction of shops, garages, and barns.
Stimson Contracting differs from a lot of other Spokane shop builders because we do everything in house. We don’t rely on subcontractors. This gives our employees steady work every day, provides financial stability for them and their families. This also allows us to thoroughly control the quality and consistency of our building and train people to do the job right.
Over the the last several years new building materials and advancements in constructing technology have helped us build better buildings. While we rely on tried and true methods and a basic building design that originated around the turn of the nineteenth century, we have also adapted new processes and materials that greatly improve the buildings we build. New treatment chemicals for the post, state of the art metal coating advancements, and improved concrete mixes ensure that this is not your grandpa’s shop. The post frame buildings of today are able to withstand the harshest weather conditions and remain sound and sturdy for many years.
Many options are available for your shop converting it from a quality shell to a completely finished shop ready to move into. Blown or Batted insulation options, Electrical Wiring, Drains, Flat or Vaulted Ceilings, Heating, Door Protector Posts, Aprons, Bathroom Plumbing, Overhead doors, Floor Sealants, Second Floors, Tack Rooms to start. Let your imagination be your blueprint.
Stimson Contracting Inc. understands how important it is for you to work with a company that is knowledgeable, honest and listens to what the CUSTOMER wants. We take great pride in every project large or small. We provide quality workmanship to YOUR specifications, along with the city and county codes and engineered plans, in a timely manner.
